- - Copy, replicate, or build a competing product based on Sheetfetch core functionality
- - Misrepresent ownership of data
4. User Account

- - Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
5. User Data
You retain full ownership of all data you connect, submit, or sync through Sheetfetch.
- - Fetching API responses
- - Writing data to Google Sheets
- - Operating and improving the Services
If you delete your account or revoke Google access, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to Sheetfetch, including its software, design, branding, features, and documentation, are owned by or licensed to Sheetfetch.
We grant you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on Sheetfetch.
7. Payment and Subscription
By subscribing, you agree to:

- - All payments are non-refundable.

In all cases, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to sheetfetch.com in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
